Chrysalis Solutions PLLC was created in August 2020 by Shawn K. Harju. At Chrysalis, we believe that, despite being the heart and soul of the U.S. economy, providing innovation and stability, small businesses are often underserved by professional service providers. As a result, those running small businesses are forced to take on many day-to-day tasks that detract them from focusing on the overall mission of their company.
Chrysalis’ goal is to provide small business owners and leaders with much-needed affordable executive level support to allow them to focus on the mission of the company and to take their business to the next level, whether as an organization or on a project basis.
Shawn’s 30+ years in the legal industry (20+ as a practicing attorney in the Puget Sound area) has led Chrysalis in the natural direction of providing primarily legal support to its incoming clients. Shawn started her career at the administrative level and ultimately became a shareholder with a mid-size Seattle law firm. She has also served as in-house counsel to two of her clients and worked in a small boutique law firm in Bellevue.

Throughout her career, Shawn has served small businesses, helping them not only with their legal needs but general problem solving and strategic planning. Her strength is in her background not only as an attorney but as someone who understands all aspects of a business. Clients look to her to provide them with practical, efficient and reasonably priced advice regarding all aspects of their business.
Chrysalis’ goal is to continue to grow this client base and to provide not only legal services but other short and long term executive services to support the day to day operations of small businesses.
